Marina Aleshonkova


Soprano

• Prize-winner at the All-Russian Valentina Levko Vocalists’ Competition (Moscow, 2008, 2nd prize)
• Prize-winner at the Romansiada International Young Russian Romance Performers’ Competition (Moscow, 2009, 3rd prize)

Born in Krasnogorsk. In 2009 she graduated from the vocal faculty of the Russian Gnesins’ Academy of Music (class of Galina Oleinichenko). At the Opera Studio of the Russian Gnesins’ Academy of Music she has performed the roles of Musetta (La Bohème) and Violetta (La traviata).
Soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Opera Singers since 2010.
