Dmitry Fyodorov


Baritone

Dmitry Fyodorov graduated from the vocals department of the Russian State Gnessin Academy of Music in 2009. He studied under tenor Leonid Bomshteyn. At the Gnessin Opera Theatre-Studio he has appeared as Schaunard (La Bohème), Yeletsky (The Queen of Spades) and Eugene Onegin in the eponymous opera.
Since 2010 he has been a soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Opera Singers.
Dmitry made his Mariinsky Theatre debut as Japanese Envoy (Le Rossignol) in 2011.

In Vladikavkaz at the festival Larisa Gergiev and Friends he performed the roles of Pallante in Handel's Agrippina, De Siriex in Giordano's Fedora and the Black Knight in Khanedanian's opera Tamara and David.
