In 1997 she graduated from the faculty of set design of the Russian Academy of Theatre Art (GITIS). From 1996 she worked at the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia as an assistant and aide to the theatre's Principal Designer, Sergei Barkhin. Since 2000 she has been head of the Bolshoi Theatre's design department.
Has taken part in the design of productions by the Central Academic Theatre of the Russian Army, the Chekhov MKhAT and the Moscow State Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Music Theatre.
Productions she has designed for the Bolshoi Theatre include a revival of the 1944 production of the opera Eugene Onegin (2000), The Snow Maiden (2002), a revival of the 1948 production of the opera Boris Godunov (2006), "Paquita" Grand pas (2008), La Esmeralda (2009) and Jewels (2012). Was involved in the design of the gala concert in honour of the re-opening of the historic stage of the Bolshoi Theatre on 28 October 2011. In 2014 she produced new stage designs for the opera The Tsar's Bride based on the 1955 production, and she was the supervising designer for the recreation of the historic sets of the opera Sadko at the Bolshoi Theatre (2020).
Supervised the recreation of the Bolshoi Theatre's historic 1856 stage curtain The Entrance of Minin and Pozharsky into the Moscow Kremlin and the design for a new version of the "Russia" curtain for the reopening of the Bolshoi Theatre following the 2005–2011 reconstruction. Executed a new decorative design for the playful "Harlequin" portal for the "Russia" curtain of the Bolshoi Theatre (2011). Executed the design of the new "Italian" curtain of the Bolshoi Theatre (2011–2012).
At the Yekaterinburg Opera and Ballet Theatre she has designed for the ballets La Bayadère (2011), Conservatory (2013), "Paquita" Grand pas (2013), The Nutcracker (2014), La Fille mal gardée (2015), Paquita (2018) and Don Quixote (2019).
At the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre she has worked on productions of Swan Lake (2015), Cinderella (2016), The Firebird (2017), The Nutcracker (2018), La Bayadère (2018), Schéhérazade (2019), Polish Dances and Concerto No 5 (2021).
