Born in Leningrad. Graduated from the vocal department of the St Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov School of Music and the Faculty of Music of the Russian State Herzen Pedagogical University.
During 2002–2023 she was a soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Opera Singers.
Since 2024 Kira Loginova has been a soloist with the Mariinsky Opera Company.
