• Recipient of the 2nd prize at the Elena Obraztsova International Young Opera Singers’ Competition (2013)
• Recipient of the 1st prize at the international opera singers’ competition St Petersburg (2013)
• Prize-winner at the Sviridov International Competition (Kursk, 2011)

Yuri Vlasov graduated from the St Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire (class of Nikolai Okhotnikov, 2012). He participated in special programmes directed by Sergey Stadler. At various theatres he has performed the roles of Gremin (Eugene Onegin), Prince Yuri (The Legend of the Invisible City of Kitezh and the Maiden Fevronia), Malyuta Skuratov (The Tsar’s Bride), Bartolo (Le nozze di Figaro), Masetto (Don Giovanni), Sarastro (Die Zauberflöte) and Basilio (Il barbiere di Siviglia).
Soloist with the Mariinsky Opera Company since 2014.
