Anton Khalansky was born in the village of Bekhteyevka, Belgorod Region. In 2011 he graduated from the Special Piano Department of Gubkin State Musical College (Belgorod Region). Undertook academic vocal studies with private tutors. In 2017 he was a member of the Kuban Cossack Choir in Krasnodar.
During 2018–2019 Anton Khalansky was a trainee at the Mariinsky Theatre, making his debut in 2018 in Turandot.
Since 2019 he has been a soloist with the Mariinsky Opera Company.
