Nina Dunn specialises in projection design for theatre and live events. Recent projects for theatre include Emperor and Galilean (National Theatre), Northern Ballet’s Cleopatra, The Armstrong and Miller Show live UK comedy tour and Katy Brand’s UK comedy tour (produced by Mick Perrin) and Richard Strauss’ opera Die Frau ohne Schatten (Mariinsky Theatre) which won a Golden Mask award for “Best Opera Production” and “Best Design”. She has also been involved in productions of 42nd Street (Chichester Festival Theatre), Stephen Sondheim’s musical Sunday in the Park with George (Studio 54, New York and 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle), Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show (European tour, 2008–09 and 2011), Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen opera cycle (Mariinsky Theatre and Royal Opera House, London) and Charles Peattie and Russell Taylor's Alex, The Stage Play.

Upcoming projects include Welsh National Opera’s La Bohème. Recent live events include Wella’s ITVA awards and trend catwalk show in Paris, illuminations at St Martin-in-the-Fields, London, for the new St John’s Bible launch, a projection design for the opening ceremony of the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Doha and a courtyard installation for Hermès in the Musée de la Chasse in Paris.

Nina was educated at Edinburgh University, Goldsmiths College and the Universität der Künste in Berlin and is based in London.
