Piotr Gruszczyński was born in 1965. He is a theatre critic and dramatist of the Nowy Teatr in Warsaw, directed by Krzysztof Warlikowski. He is the author of two books about new theatre in Poland. For two years he has worked in opera with Mariusz Treliński as a dramatist.
