Please note that in purchasing name-specific tickets for performances the full name of the person attending must be indicated and, on the day of the performance, the ticket must be presented together with a document confirming that person's identity.
Details to remember:
⦁ the name-designated ticket indicates the full name of the person attending – it suffices to provide this at the time of purchase at either the box-office or in the appropriate field when ordering on the theatre's website;
⦁ one (1) ticket per each name may be purchased;
⦁ should you be purchasing a ticket for a third party, his/her details should be used for this purpose;
⦁ when a ticket for the performance is being checked by the usher, it must be presented together with a document confirming that person's identity. Such documents include a valid passport, military ID, birth certificate or residence permit etc;
⦁ should the details on the ticket not tally with the details on the document presented, the theatre reserves the right to deny admission to the performance;
⦁ name-designated tickets may be returned in accordance with the standard rules;
⦁ the theatre guarantees the protection of personal data.
Name-designated tickets may be acquired only from the theatre's box-offices and on the official website www.mariinsky.ru.
